Where are the Neurodivergent designs I saw sketches of?
This collection of designs rapidly ballooned as I was working on it so I’ve decided to break the collection into two campaigns to make sure I can cover as many conditions as possible! Therefore this campaign focuses on Chronic Illnesses and physical Disabilities, and a second campaign launching in October will focus on Neurodivergence and Mental Health. If you don’t want to wait that long, you can also choose to back the custom design tier to have one of the existing campaign creatures re-designed for your personal choice of phrase via this campaign’s Pledge Tiers.

Can I include items from your shop with my order?
Some of my previous creations are available as add-ons. There may be the opportunity to add other shop items to your order via the end-of-campaign surveys.

My situation changed and I want a refund.
If the campaign funding is still in progress you can cancel your pledge. If the campaign has ended you have 14 days from the campaign end date to request a refund. After this time no refunds will be given

Can I change my survey choices?
Yes, as long as the surveys are still unlocked. Once locked I can’t guarantee the availabilty of stock for order alterations.

When will you charge cards?
Campaign charges are taken by Backerkit when the campaign ends. Shipping and additional add-ons will be charged a few weeks later with a 48hr warning.

How do I qualify for the Earlybird Sticker?
By backing within the first 48 hours of the campaign you will automatically qualify for the free Earlybird sticker. If you find the campaign after the first 48 hours you will be able to purchase the Earlybird sticker during surveys instead.

Why have I been charged an additional percentage?
If you live in the US I have to charge the new tariff rates up front. These vary depending on which items you have ordered. Here are the US quoted rates I’m working with:
Enamel Pins: 15.2% Stickers: 10% Embroidered Patches: 14.2% Lanyards: 12.3% Keychains: 15.3% Prints: 1%
You will not be charged any additional customs on arrival.

I live in the EU, can you still ship to me?
I will be shipping the few EU orders in this project.
If you live in Germany or Denmark then all customs and import fees will need to be paid in advance and will be included in your bill at the end of the Survey.
If you live elsewhere in the EU then customs and import fees are still payable by the recipient upon arrival in your country. The 3euro tariff and the £1 handling fee will be included in your bill at the end of the survey.
Unfortunately for future projects I will no longer be able to ship to EU addresses unless clarifications in the new laws make it achievable for small businesses.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
